  territory, who wear a common color or clothing,
  and are involved in criminal activity.

Ignorance and denial are both strong in Idaho!

Do We Have a Problem?

• We are new fertile territory and more gangs are
  coming.
• We do not have Wanna-bes we have kids who are
  ganging or are targets for recruitment.
• Low law enforcement-population ratio

• Gang Dress- baggy clothes, specific to gang
  colors and numbers (FUBU)
• Sureno (Sur) 13 blue or black
• Norteno (Norte) 14 red
• ICP-clowns, heavy face makeup, wide metal
  studded belts, bracelets, skulls, necklaces,
  running hatchet man/woman
• Tattoos, Graffiti
• Side of colors or stance
