HERA Scope our focus

• We focus on risk assessment to human health and
  the environment of chemicals in wide dispersive
  use, but not everywhere
• We focus on (a) consumers
• directly exposed in the home from use and
• indirectly exposed from the environment
• and (b) on the environment receiving domestic
  effluents and exposed to background levels of the
  chemicals or their breakdown products.
