HUD System Reporting - PIC

• 50058 Submissions
• Recommend PHA submit monthly or more often
• 50058 Delinquency Report
• Effective Dates matter!
• Dont do future effective dates!
• Sanctions differ between PH and S8
• Money PH is held, S8 is taken away
• Sanctions occur
• If you are under 95 during sanction month
• If still not 95 the next month
• Get your re-exams in
• PH folks code your not reported units properly
• S8 folks make sure your VMS data is correct
• Report system issues via REAC_TAC ticket number
• Print your 58 delinquency, Re-exam HQS reports
  monthly!

• HQS Inspections affect SEMAP
• Building and Unit Data submissions (PH Folks)

• Capital Fund Data Verification (PH Folks)
• Done annually (HUD timeframe)
• Changes to PHA contact information
• Done as needed by PHA or HUD as requested by
  PHA
• Accuracy in maintaining systems is critical!

Capital Fund Data Verification

• Dont certify if you have questions!
• Dont wait until the last day!
• Changes made to building and unit data
• Must be submitted by PHA
• Must be approved by HUD
• Will take 24 hours to update cap fund data page
• 1999 data does not need to be verified
• Anything not corrected needs REAC_TAC ticket
