- Austin Peay State University is a comprehensive

- Physics student organization recognized as one of
the top ten in nation for past two years. - Physics enrollment has increased dramatically in
past six years. Most undergraduate physics
majors in state.

13Summer Research Experience
In the past 2 years, 20 students have been
accepted into REU programs around the
country. Material Science, Robotics, BioPhysics,
Neural Networks, Ballistic Forensics, Nuclear
Chemistry, Oceanography, Computational Methods
and Photonics. Programs students have
participated in are NASAs MSFC and GSFC, Fisk,
Cornell, Brookhaven, The National Institute for
Standards, Baylor, UC-Berkeley, Baylor and
others.
