• Honesty is when my mom tells me to do some thing
  and I do it. Why it is important is so you dont

Nutrition

• Nutrition helps your body.
• Nutrition is good for your body because your
  body will be healthy. Vitamin C helps you get
  energy. How you get vitamin C is vegetable's and
  fruit. You need 2-3 servings of fruit. You need
  0 serving of fat a day. You need the same amount
  a day of fruit as meat. You need 3-5 servings a
  day with vegetables. Calcium is a mineral that
  make bones and their strong. Calcium aloes helps
  your muscles work and aids in proper blood
  clothing . Vitamin A is nutrient that helps
  cells grow, helps maintain mucous.
