Change to Error Correction Window

• Applicant community adjusted to eSubmission
• Reduced the error correction window from 5
  business days to 2 for all electronically
  submitted grant applications
  
• Effective January 8, 2008 (See NOT-OD-08-018)

Future Transitions Adobe

• Both NIH and applicants are eager to move from
  PureEdge to Adobe forms
  
• Benefits of Adobe include
• Platform independence
• Only requires free Adobe Reader (ubiquitous)

• Waiting to first incorporate the following
  changes to minimize impact on applicant

• FFATA changes to the SF424 (RR) to capture
