- Would you like to be able to easily create a new
Profile using AHLTA?
- Would you like to be able to easily renew or
create a new Profile from a previous Profile that
you wrote?
- This can be done efficiently from the AHLTA Army
Readiness module.
- Note Every facility should have the Army
Readiness module turned on. If it not turned on
at your facility, you should request it from your
IMD/SAIC section
2Creating a New Profile
2) Click on New Profile
3) Next select As a Blank Physical Profile, then
okay.
1) After selecting a Patient, open the Army
Readiness Module by clicking on the sign to
expand the tree and then select the Profile
Module.

3Fill in all information pertaining to PT

4You will need to type your name.
After completing all information select Save
button.

5You can print the profile for the soldier and
physically sign if needed.
You may also choose the Save as Template button
and store the Profile as a template for future
use.

a Template
- Creating a new Profile from a saved Template or
AMEDD Template
- Note You may edit a Patients existing Profile
by selecting his/her previous Profile and save it
again.
- Note If you need an approving signature, you
can type their name on the profile and print.

2) Select the Using Selected Template dial.
Then select a template from the list Profiles
then select Okay.

8REMEMBER To close the profile module before star
ting a second profile. This will ensure that you
are writing a profile on the correct patient and
Help reduce locking of the system.
Make correction to the preconfigured or
previously entered information.
Update and complete the rest of the information
and save the Profile.
