DOH Mission Statement

• To link our human capital planning efforts to the
  strategic intent of the MDA to employ the right
  workforce in the right place at the right time,
  through the implementation of best business
  practices that will ensure human, financial, and
  other resources are aligned with MDA goals
• To actively participate in agency strategic
  planning in order to project future human
  resource needs and to identify initiatives that
  will meet those needs
