2009 Millennium Trust Funding Focus

• The Millennium Trust Advisory Committee of 2009
  is seeking capacity-building projects from
  organizations experiencing increased demand in
  the form of community members who are especially
  susceptible or vulnerable to hardships in this
  economic crisis. 
• Programs that address the following list will be
  looked at favorably
• support pathways to self-sufficiency
• focus on early intervention or are proactive in
  nature and/or
• work to keep families engaged in their
  communities.
• Programs that include components such as
  leveraging volunteerism and other resources,
  collaborative partnerships, and community
  awareness of available resources are especially
  encouraged to apply.
