Meet Burke Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Alex McMillan
IV Dr. McMillan has been helping people smile for
over 25 years. He graduated Cum Laude from the
University of Tennessee, and later earned his DDS
from the University of Tennessee College of
Dentistry.
He has completed the cosmetic training at the
prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced
Dental Studies, and is now honored with the
title, LVI Preferred. Recently, Dr. McMillan
dedicated himself to mastering the advanced
technology of Dental Implants. Dr. McMillan
completed an advanced implant surgical course by
world-renowned implant surgeon, Carl Misch. This
intensive course, at the esteemed Misch
Institute, included advanced training in implant
concepts, placement, management, bone grafting,
and treatment planning, Dr. McMillan is an
active member of the American Dental Association,
the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern
Virginia Dental Society, the American Academy of
Cosmetic Dentistry, the Dental Organization for
Conscious Sedation, the Academy of Laser
Dentistry, the Academy of Osseointegration, and
the American Orthodontic Society.

Meet Burke CosmeticDentist Dr. Murfree Dr.
Murfree was born and raised in Murfreesboro,
Tennessee. He graduated from the University of
Tennessee with a B.S. in Biochemistry and
Molecular Biology. He also attended the
University of Tennessee Dental School.
Dr. Murfree is a member of the American Dental
Association, Virginia Dental Association, Amrican
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General
Dentistry, American Dental Education Association,
and the Gainesville Dental Study Club.
