  • Q Are premiums guaranteed?
  • A. On the individual policy, the life insurance
    portion rates are guaranteed and the Critical
    Illness and LTC portion of the rates are
    guaranteed for the first 5 years. There is no
    explicit rate guarantee on the group based
    product. However, if a rate change is needed, all
    the states covered by the Group Trust must change
    rates for each of the cases that are subscribed
    to the Trust.
  • Q. What happens to my commissions when a
    Broker/Agent change of record occurs?
  • A Commissions are 100 vested to the original
    writing agent.
  • Q. Is the group trust product portable?
  • A Yes. As long as the insured continues to pay
    premiums and the Trust is active, the certificate
    remains in force.
