option gives you a list of topics. You can go
through the topics in any order and revisit them
later if you want to.

9Beacons provide inspiring stories from around
the world.
10The second section is concerned with reflecting
on everyday situations and on your personal
values.
11The stories of everyday items in the office are
used to illustrate our connections with the rest
of the world.
1235 questions help you understand how your values
relate to sustainable development.
13The red dot in the grid shows how you scored.
14The third section gives you the chance to see
how you would react to some real business
dilemmas.
15Five role plays cover topics as diverse as child
labour and pollution.
16Each one tells a story
17and brings together the differing perspectives
of the people who are affected.
18Each of the possible solutions has some plus and
some minus points.
19The fourth section discusses the arguments about
the role of business.
20Will behaving sustainably benefit businesses
financially? And do businesses have a moral
duty to do so anyway?
21Here you have an opportunity to try out some of
the arguments about sustainability.
22In this section you have the chance to think
about your organisation and your own influence.
23The company evaluation is considered under three
headings social, economic and environmental.
24You answer the questions based on the evidence
around you in your company.
25Here your personal sources of influence are
explored together with a four-step planning tool.
