• Nits strengthening language
• Abstract has been strengthened (providing
  motivation for draft)
• References brought up to date
• Dont know of much else that needs to be done
  here
• Better graphics?

• Clarifying use of INFO and re-INVITE for SUS/RES
• Both are now allowed some guidelines on when to
  use each
• Fixed CRM/CRA behavior
• Updated a few status codes
• Still need to fix some early dialog behavior
• CANCEL/REL mapping
• Always more status codes to update
