  • Ariston Global is a software services provider
    founded in April, 2006. Ariston Global was
    founded by Kevin Dickens, Steve Dubnik and Spire
    Capital Partners, L.P. Spire Capital invests in
    middle market buyouts, recapitalizations,
    industry consolidations and growth equity
    investments in the media, communications,
    information services and business services
    industries
  • The company operates two largely independent
    divisions that focus on complementary, yet
    distinct markets (i) Revenue and Profitability
    Management (RPM) as well as (ii) Service
    Activation and Customer Self-Care (SACC)
  • Presently, the RPM group is marketed under the
    company name(s) Telesciences/ACECOMM and the
    SACC solutions as The Strata Group
  • Ariston Global has customers worldwide with
    principal concentrations of domain knowledge and
    customer support expertise in Canada, Dublin,
    Edinburgh, London, Australia, Singapore, Maryland
    and New Jersey
