Mission

• Examine international matters from a
  comprehensive perspective
• Provide situational awareness across all
  stakeholders
• Help ensure the Army speaks with one voice on
  international
• Where appropriate, develop issues for
  consideration in other Army processes and forums

• Conduct oversight and make recommendations to the
  CSA, for the annual Army International Activities
  Plan.
• Take a special interest in Army efforts to share
  Transformation information with key Allies and
  partners, per
• AIAP Goal 5 Promote US and Allied
  Transformation
• AIAP Goal 6 Improve the capacity of US and
  allies to operate together

• A stove-pipe for international -- Multinational
  interoperability must be integral to ongoing
  efforts across DOTMLPF
• Usurp authority or direct the work of existing
  groups that work multinational interoperability
  issues in their lane
