- All 423 Sub registrar offices in the state of
Maharashtra functional. - More than one million documents registered
statewide annually. - Revenue collection for current year is 4000 crore
. - Process fee Rs.20 per page charged from the party
approx Rs.12/- per page paid to BOT agency - Payments of 45 crores made to BOT vendors
- Around 35 crore surplus with the department for
upgradation and further computerisation

- Reduction Rationalisation of Stamp duty for
Capital and Commodity market transactions. - Payment of stamp duty by way of consolidation by
insurance companies. - The administrative setup in the Department was
