Situation

• Rapid growth had resulted in disparate systems
  and solutions to handle Bank of St. Lucias voice
  and data communications. At the same time, the
  need for employees at all branches to stay in
  contact was rising while the costs of
  communicating were getting out of control. The
  bank had no internal network for branch-to-branch
  voice communications or sharing files. It was
  definitely time to bring the bank's voice and
  data communications network into the 21st
  century.

Solution
FRAME RELAY

• BOSL, worked with CW to identify cost savings
  associated with an integrated solution versus
  separate PBXs and data routers for the bank's
  network. They soon realized that an IP-enabled
  fully integrated voice and data communications
  system - was the perfect solution.
• How did we do it?
• We utilized our island wide Frame Relay network
• Installed IP-enabled PBX at each location
• Integrated their voice, data, and other
  applications over this single network
