• Paper system - self assessment packs available
  throughout the Borough
• On line self assessment facility (in house built
  linking to resource directory)
• Migrate to self assessment forming front end of
  electronic Single Assessment system (supplier
  development)
• Assisted / mediated assessment for those that
  require a little bit more help to navigate
  options
