  industry-sponsored Partnership for Prescription
  Assistance, providing a single point of access,
  through a toll-free phone number and
  user-friendly website, to more than 275 public
  and private patient assistance programs

Providing Medicines for Those in Need

• In 2005, in the U.S., Novartis provided more than
  283 million in free or discounted medicines to
  those needing assistance.
• In 2005, Novartis provided 3 million in free
  medicines to residents of Arizona.
• In 2006, Novartis will continue to work
  independently and with its colleagues in the
  industry to ensure that residents of Arizona and
  all Americans have access to the prescription
  medicines they need.
