Alpha Mshihiry has a strong career portfolio, and
has worked for numerous companies in many
industries including Healthcare, Brokerage,
Airline, Financial Services, Telecommunications
(Mobile), Technology, Direct Mailing, and
Government. He has over three years experience
in Business Architecture, and little over ten
years with the experience as a Business Process
Manager as well as Business analyst. In addition
to this, he has experience in leadership in
various positions from COO to CEO.

President. Here, he planned and directed all
aspects of organization activities including
vision, goals and directives. His most important
contribution here was that he successfully lead
the company from zero to fifty five million
dollars in sales with a little over 20 employees.

visionary individual who is a strong proponent of
the concept of micro investment. He has done
extensive research in African countries where
there are developing economies and believes that
they can be saved . Micro investment is a system
where a primary investor lends money to multiple
secondary investor who then lend this money to
multiple tertiary investors. According to him,
this system fairs better than micro financing
because in addition to providing opportunity to
many more individuals, it also allows room for
the interest rates to be lower than what they are
in the current system.
