Molding Process

• Our molding team has successfully worked with
  some of the most difficult resins offered in the
  industry.
• We utilize injection pressing ranging from 22 ton
  to 220 ton. Each press supported by own dryer and
  delivery system, mold temperature control
  components and computer controlled processing
  system.
• No heater or short cut method is followed to get
  the ideal mold temperature.
• Our injection presses are constantly utilized by
  fire fighting, hazardous breathing, immunity,
• aerospace, computer, dental, construction, and
• fiber optic industry.

Design

• Our design team constantly works on components
  that maximise the potential of selected resins
  while minimising the cost f production.
• Common resins like Celestran TPUs, Nylon,
• Polycarbonate, Polyester, ABS and APS-PC Blends
  on daily basis.

• many with modifiers such as Carbon, Glass,
  Stainless Steel, Brass, Iron Oxide and Flame
  Retardants.

  craftsmen boasting of over 100 years of combined

Quality Control

• We assure the quality of all components through
  an ISO compatible quality control system along
  with staff well versed in all areas of first
  article control and production. All
  instrumentations are annually calibrated along
  with proper maintenance of documents. We have
  state of art inspection equipments including a
  Brown Sharpe global status 575.
