    class before, here are some useful tips for them.
  • Practicing in the room with 105 degrees is
    not an easy task. You will need to prepare
    yourself for the environment.
  • Bikram yoga is a group of 26 poses performed
    in a heated room.

  • Stay hydrated Drinking lots of water before and
    after the session is more important to stay
    hydrated.
  • Dont do beyond your limits If you feel any
    type of discomfort, stop immediately.
  • Food Remember to eat sufficient meal at least 3
    hours before your class. Do not get full.

  • Clothing Dress as little as you can. Remember
    you are practicing hot yoga in which you emits
    sweat. So clothes should not distract you from
    your practice due to sweat.
  • Arrive early Arrive 10 15 minutes early in
    the class to allow your body to adapt to the

    water bottle with you.
