Title: Best spine surgeons| Dr. Amos Dare
1Dare to Live Free of Pain Living pain free is an
active process that involves full patient
participation in their plan of care. Our
functional approach may involve a range of
treatment modalities that can include both
surgical and nonsurgical treatment. A
personalized treatment plan is based on each
patients situation along with a patients
history, symptoms, physical exam and diagnostic
test results.
2Exercise For Back Pain
Although working out might be the last thing on
your mind when you are suffering from lower back
pain, exercise can actually provide lower back
pain relief and help speed your recovery. Regular
exercise also stretches and strengthens your back
and stomach muscles, which can help prevent
further back pain in the future. Building
strength in your core muscles helps improve your
posture, keeps your body in alignment, and
supports the spine, which reduces pressure on
your spinal discs. Though you may be tempted to
lie in bed for a few days while suffering from
lower back pain, doing so can actually make your
pain worse. Any inactivity for a prolonged
period can lead to additional problems such as
muscle weakness.

4About back pain
Back pain is extremely common about four in
five people are affected at some point in their
lifetime. You can get back pain at any age, but
it's most common between the ages of 35 and
65. Your back has many interconnecting
structures, including bones, joints, muscles,
ligaments, nerves and tendons. Its main support
structure is the spine, which is made up of 24
separate bones called vertebrae, plus the bones
of the sacrum and coccyx. Between the vertebrae
are discs that act as shock absorbers and allow
your spine to bend. Your spinal cord threads down
through the central canal of each vertebra,
carrying nerves from your brain to the rest of
your body.
