What is Depression?
  • Depression is sadness or downswings in the mood
    are normal reactions to lifes struggles,
    setbacks, disappointments or hopelessness that
    lasts for weeks, months or even longer. 
  • It is a condition of mental disturbance, lack of
    energy and difficulty in maintaining
    concentration or interest in life.

  • Depression can affect someone's mood, cause them
