Repair work could be an unexpected accident that
causes damage to the construction such as an act
of God (freak storm, bush fire, etc) or general
repairs due to deterioration in the
construction. Unexpected accidents usually
require a different kind of service with
attention to urgency.  A fast service that can
take care of immediate problems and plan for the
total repair after the worst is over.  Imagine a
tree falls on your home during a storm you need

Rebuild
Similar to a building project a rebuild is really
the decision taken to demolish and start again. 
The decision is weighed up with the options of
extension, restoration and/or renovation and
determined by whether an extension and/or
renovation will actually produce the required
results and whether starting again is more cost
effective.  In some cases it is just impossible
to achieve the desired result with the existing
structure and a rebuild is the more cost
effective choice and also the logical choice just
so the new needs are achieved.
