  • Hero Pose or Virasana is a seated posture
    good for meditation, pranayama. It is recommended
    to do the pose after meal because it helps proper
    digestion.
  • Virasana helps stretch thighs and ankles and
    improve posture. Hero pose when done properly is
    good for the knees.
  • Beginners Dont start the pose directly
    instead take the help of props. Do it slowly.
