1. OVERVIEW
Abandoned Cart Followup Magento Extension enables
users to send a reminder email to the customers
who added a product to the cart but did not
purchase. Store owners can leverage the advantage
of this extension to increase sales. Overview -
-If a customer added a product to the cart, means
that the customer was interested in buying the
product. The cart was abandoned without a
purchase, means it's an opportunity for a store
owner to follow up and make that sale! --With
the help of Abandoned Cart Followup Magento
Extension, a user can easily track such abandoned
carts and send a reminder email to the customer
about it. The module, once installed
automatically sends a reminder email to the
customer along with the details of the product in
the cart. --Surprisingly, Magento does not have
an inbuilt functionality for a user to send
reminder emails to customers with abandoned
carts. Our Abandoned Cart Followup Magento
Extension provides a way to do this using the log
details in the log list screen.

3. Display in Admin
After installing the Abandoned Cart Followup
Magento Extension, Navigate to-gt
System-gtConfiguration. Under the Brainvire
section, Abandonedcartsfollowup Followup Email
Settings menu option is seen. - click on
Abandonedcartsfollowup Followup Email Settings
menu. - The following screen pops up.

enable/disable the module - Choose the followup
email sender from drop down - Choose the email
template from this dropdown. - Choose suitable
setting click on save button. -- Under
Reports -gtAbandonedcartsfollowup Followup, this
