upcoming Fashion Week. On Thursday, March 13,
Tabbuli will be featuring up and coming designer,
Luis Machicao, recently named Best Designer of
Paris Fashion Week. Machicao's fashions have
been on runways in New York, Houston, San
Francisco, New Orleans, Miami and abroad in
Milan, Barcelona and Toronto. Featured with his
2014 Spring Collection in Paris, Luis Machicao
was awarded "The Best Designer in Tiffany's Paris
Fashion Week 2013". It's not often that we get

inspired spring/summer 2014 collection is a must
