Different forms of yoga practices

Bikram Yoga 
It runs for 90 minutes and consist a series of 26
postures. This is ideally practiced in a room
heated to 400 C with a humidity of 40.

Vinyasa Yoga
Commonly called "Vinyasa flow" or just "flow". A
method which turns static asanas into a dynamic
flow.

In a traditional  Hindu context, Surya
Namaskara is performed facing in the direction
of the rising (east) or setting (west) sun.
