external cladding at all heights and elevation
including necessary aluminium frame work. The
aluminium composite panel shall consist of 3 mm
thick thermoplastic core of antioxidant LDPE
sandwiched between 2 skin of 0.5 mm thick
aluminium sheet of alloy grade 3005 H 46 or
equivalent making a total panel thickness of 4mm.
the outer surface shall be finished in desired
colour coating of PVDF paint in fully automatic
coil coating process and service coating on the
reverse side all be as per manufacturers
specifications. The PVDF coated finished surface
to be factory protected with self adhesive eel
off foil tested to withstand at least 6 months
exposure to local weathering condition. The
composite sheet cut and bent to shaped profiles

built up standard tubular section/appropriate z

conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 , fixed with

Aluminum Louver
Fabricating , supplying, assembling and
installing in position aluminum louvers fixed in
straight or curvilinear profile , of types
consisting of outer frames , Mullions , etc
assembled and fitted properly , louvered panels
as called for including anchoring frames as
approved , fixing and other accessories,
providing and fixing sub frame of aluminium where
called for, all hardware as required and as
required and as approved and all incidental work
complete as per drawing and specifications.
Aluminium members including louver frames and
slats to be colour anodized (25 micron) in a
proper plant. Rate is inclusive of application of
weatherproof sealant at the joints.

Structural Glazing
Providing , fabricating and fixing with the
building façade in aluminum pure polyster coated
to 60microns or anodized to 25 microns to
required color and shade heavy duty aluminium
extruded section and curtain wall in fix panels
comprising of mullions and transom joined
together with heavy duty aluminium extruded
section and curtain wall in fix panels comprising
of mullions and transom joined together with
heavy duty cleats and anchored to RCC, Brickwork
or Block work members by galvanized MS anchoring
system through adequably designed brackets , SS
bolts and anchor bolts of Hilti/Fischer as per
drawings. Suitable to accommodate single glazed
panels made of either 6 mm thick toughen glass or
plain reflective glass as per the detail
drawings, securely bonded to framework with
structural sealant 995 of Dow coring to ensure
absolute water tightness with brackets,
fasteners, as per the manufacturers detail and
approved by the architect including approved
structural sealants, the system comprises of
Horizontal transom of 63.8 X 68.5 mm of 1.56
kg/mt, vertical mullion 63.8 X 93.5 mm of 1.81
kg.mt with glazing of 28.0 X 57.0 mm of 0.74
kg/mt. having triple weather barrier.
