• Hartley Bernstein is a corporate and securities
  attorney and civil litigator with a specialty in
  business transactions and civil litigation.
• Hartley Bernstein is a corporate and securities
  attorney and civil litigator with a specialty in
  business transactions and civil litigation. He
  received his undergraduate degree from Columbia
  University in 1973 and his Juris Doctor degree
  from New York University School of Law in 1976.
• Mr. Bernstein is also a member of the Board of
  Trustees of Yorkville Common Pantry and the Board
  of Directors of Kids In Shape Inc. He previously
  served as a Trustee of Temple Israel of the City
  of New York.
