2From October 2012, Michael J. Emigh is the
Director of membership at New Era Golf. He is
also the Director of membership at Glenross, Bent
Tree, Royal American, and New Albany Links Golf
Clubs which fall under the New Era Golf,
Columbus, Ohio Area. The company offers great
golf membership, consulting, and management
services.
3Michael J. Emigh developed and implemented
membership and build strategy for the recruitment
of new members and retention of existing members.
He managed, coordinated, tracked, and evaluated
all membership and renewal activities which
include new member mailings, renewal mailings,
and special appeals. He developed great programs
and services for the members.
4He developed and executed member and community
surveys and polls, focus groups and interviews so
that to fulfill the requirements of the members.
Michael J. Emigh created membership marketing and
promotional materials that include welcome kits
and collateral to use at events and in direct
marketing campaigns.
5He arranged special events for members and also
worked with staff on communicating members' needs
through website, newsletter, and other
communication sources. He responded to requests
for information from members and contributed to
publications, newsletter, and website.
6He actively participates in staff calls and
leadership team meetings. In addition, he also
developed budgets and tracks financial progress
of member acquisition, retention, and marketing
projects. Michael J. Emigh has grown numerous
businesses (managing) to large successful
companies.
7He handled many projects that include 3 premier
course membership, corporate membership and
productivity / HR value added benefits from
October 2012 to April 2013, and angel tree toy
drive (New Era Golf and The Salvation Army) from
November 2012 to December 2012. While at school,
he was an exceptional student who was also the
captain of the golf team in High School. He was
also the president of the student council.
