All reservations must be made using the online
reservations form.Quotes are subject to change
based on availability and fluctuation of the
rate. Cost estimates are based on information
provided charges will be based on actual
service. The reservation request must include an
itinerary, including charter activity, to provide
an accurate estimate.

Charter rates do include driver and fuel costs.
There is a five-hour minimum charge for all
hourly trips. A request for cancellation must be
received in writing at least 30 days prior to the
reservation.Once a reservation has been made and
contracts have been submitted there is a fee for
time and address adjustments.

The group is responsible for the driver(s)
lodging on overnight trips. This can be done by
paying for the lodging along with your groupAll
deposits, all payments are non refundable.By law
drivers can only be on duty for a maximum of 15
hours per day, 10 of which can be drive time.
 Drivers of bus companies need at least 8 hours
of down time before continuing a trip which has
reached his limits.
