MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR STARTING A COMPANY

1. A minimum of one shareholder. But the government
   allows foreign nationals/entities to own 100
   shares.
2. At least one director should be a Singaporean or
   a person with a Permanent Resident (PR) status,
   or a person holding a valid Employment Pass (EP)
3. A Company Secretary who is a Singapore citizen or
   a person with PR status, or EP status, Entrepass,
   or a Dependent Pass holder.
