    fruits, vegetables and a lot of lean meat to
    their diet that will make them feel energized all
    day long.

    looking to increase their stamina, is to eat a
    healthy and balanced food. Instead of having one
    or two large meals, one should try to have
    several smaller meals throughout the day.
