Paws for Veterans, Inc. is a community-based
organization that provides service dogs,
training, supplies, and therapeutic group
sessions to Veteran and Active Duty men and women
struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder,
Traumatic Brain Injury, and Physical
Disabilities. Patriot Rovers "PATRIOT ROVERS is
committed to rescuing, training, and deploying
Psychiatric Service Dogs that will provide LOVE
and support... 24 hours a day... 7 days a week...
to Veterans, in order to enhance their lives.
3Our trainer college
PSD Academy Registry offers an intense week
long training course followed by a year practical
application, monthly progress checks, support,
and continued education. This is designed for
those individuals that desire to learn how to
train service dogs and become professional and
certified service dog trainers. However, many
individuals that want to learn how to train their
own service dogs for their individual needs
choose to take our course because of the vast
knowledge they gain, highly advanced training,
certification, and continued support that we
provide. A 25 deposit is due upon enrollment to
secure your spot. The deposit can be paid by
check, money order, or credit card via PayPal. An
invoice will be emailed to you within one week
from the date you enrolled. Financing option is
available through PayPal. The remaining balance
is due three (3) weeks prior to the start date of
the course. You must provide current shot records
for your dog at least three (3) weeks prior to
the start date of the course. If you are applying
for a non-profit discount, then you must provide
your 501c3 tax exempt paperwork. For any
discounted rate, you will be responsible for your
own accommodations and related expenses. Florida
course clients staying in provided hotels are
shared rooms, matched by gender.
