Self Defense is a counter attack that involves
defending oneself, or well being of another from
the injury.
In another words, it is the act of defending from
ones attack by the use of physical force.

6 Basic Steps In Self Defense.
  • Stand with your RIGHT FOOT forward.
  • Snatch your opponents shoulders.
  • Twist them, so the upper body of the attacker is
    facing your right foot.
  • Put your right foot behind the right foot of the
    opponent.( holding the holder strongly)
  • Push them back over your foot.
  • This will not hurt them. But you will get the
    chance to escape.
