About Lynn

• Lynn Baskfield, owner of SpiritDance, coaches
  women midlife and beyond as they redefine beauty,
  passion and purpose in the second half of life.
• She guides her clients through rites of passage
  with storytelling, writing, creative expression,
  ritual, retreats, nature and very centrally, the
  wisdom of horses.
• Lynn holds an M.A in Human Development and is a
  certified life coach, transformational educator
  and the author of two books.
• Lynn has trained with Coaches Training Institute,
  EAGALA, and Ariana Strozzis Horses Equine Guided
  Coaching program. She speaks, coaches and trains
  worldwide.

Introduction to Spirit Dance Coaching

• Sometimes in midlife we lose track of ourselves.
  Maybe we feel like there's just not enough time,
  we fear getting older, would like to feel better
  about our bodies, face losses or just plain feel
  a like our spirits aren't as high as we'd like.
  That is the right time to stop and reinvent
  yourself with little guidance.
• Spirit Dance provides you with the coaching to
  renew the passion and purpose of the life. Spirit
  Dance use experiential learning methods such as
  storytelling, writing, creative expression, card
  readings, ritual, nature and very centrally, the
  wisdom of horses in work.

Holistic Approach

• A holistic view means that we are interested in
  engaging and developing the whole person. You can
  think of this as different levels, physical,
  emotional, mental and spiritual. Its the concept
  that the human being is multi-dimensional.
• Spirit Dance provide holistic coaching to help
  you to reinvent your life.
• Here's how coaching works
• Coaching assumes you are creative, resourceful
  and whole. There is nothing to fix. Just as every
  Olympic athlete has a coach, healthy people have
  coaches to hold the space of discovery, uncover
  blind spots that may be holding you back,
  identify strengths you didn't know you had
  and remind you of the magnificent soul you are.
• You can do phone coaching, in person coaching in
  my office, or coaching with the horses.

• Lynn teach, coach and mentor budding and seasoned
  professionals in the field of Equine Guided
  Coaching and Education through SpiritDance.
  Programs are available in the US, Australia and
  Uruguay.

  to learn.
• We can design a three month taster program for
  you that will give you an overview.
• We can add breadth of learning with a six month
  program that gives you more hands on experience,
