Introduction

• Retroviruses are negative single-stranded RNA
  viruses in which tRNA serves as a primer for the
  mRNA synthesis. The mRNA is then reverse
  transcribed into DNA, which is then integrated
  into the chromosome at a multiplicity of sites,
