Systems David Free of Meaford is an innovative
and highly accomplished public official. He is
the most senior executive administrative and
financial leader currently developing and leading
local government. David Free of Meaford has
instituted state of the art financial systems and
leading inter-governmental and external
stakeholders relationship, including the
development of joint capital programs and
improvements while stabilizing the municipal tax
rate for the current and future years.

David Free Meaford Keeping Taxes Stable David
Free of Meaford has been credited with developing
a financial plan that helped to keep the tax rate
stable in the municipality of Magnetawan,
Ontario, where he was the Chief Administrative
Office. He is also credited with establishing
contemporary customer service management systems
to improve service levels while creating internal
efficiencies. David Free of Meaford was also the
Chief Administrative Office and Treasurer in
Meaford.

David Free Meaford Senior Executive
Consultant David Free of Meaford has served a
number of municipalities in Canada, including
Magnetawan, Port Burwell, and Meaford. He has
also been a Senior Executive Consultant to the
Canadian School of Public Service, reporting to
the Director General provide strategic plans
including implementation to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of 1,000 person
international support services organization
providing technical, management and executive
training to the Federal Public Service employees.

Positions David Free of Meaford was appointed
Chief Administrative Officer to the Municipality
of Meaford, Ontario, during a City Council
session in 2005. The Meaford Express hailed the
appointment, calling David Free of Meaford "as a
turn around specialist and more than capable of
assuming the difficult position." David Free of
Meaford has held senior administrative positions
in other municipalities in Canada and also at the
Federal level. He has been a guest lecturer and
teacher in colleges and various Provincial
Government agencies.
