Karen Gaba has extensive experience in the pool.
In her younger years, she was a competitive
swimmer who dedicated her free time to being the
best at what she does. After completing her
college career, Karen Gaba returned to the
swimming lanes, this time as a coach. She holds a
level two status as Swim Coach through the
American Swimming Coaches Association and has
helped lead many young swimmers to victory.

Karen Gaba has always been an avid swimmer. At
the young age of five, she was already involved
in competitive swimming, an endeavor that she
continued to shine in throughout her adolescence
and college career. She eventually became a high
school swim coach, bringing her team to multiple
victories and winning several awards. Karen
Gabas dedication to health and fitness are
unparalleled

A Competitive Swimmer
A competitive swimmer her whole life, Karen Gaba
has taken up running and bicycling as well. She
has run various 5ks, 10ks and marathons over
the past few years, including the Marine Corps
Marathon, Baltimore Marathon and The Mayors
Midnight Marathon in Anchorage, Alaska. Having
picked up a bike for the first time in ages,
Karen Gaba plans to compete in her first
triathlon this year.

To Get Where She Is Today
A love for health and fitness inspired Karen Gaba
to get where she is today. A competitive swimmer
her whole life, Karen Gaba was employed at a bank
for twelve years before deciding to get her
Bachelors in Health and Physical Education from
East Stroudsburg University. She then pursued a
Masters in Special Education in Long Island
University and became an award-winning swim
coach.
