family gave him a Mercedes SL for his birthday.
He has since become the first person to race a
DB7 in a track event anywhere in the world.

spent many years in the mobile homes industry
before he retired in the middle of 2007. He owned
many mobile home parks, and has become an
authority on the UK's Mobile Homes Act of 2013,
which updates existing laws relating to the
conditions of residential parks. He offers
consulting advice on he new law. Since retiring,
Barry Weir has been pursuing his interest in cars
and road rallying.
4Barry Weir Driving Ambition Barry Weir is the
author of Driving Ambition An Adventure of a
Lifetime, which describes his eighty day road
rally around the world. He is passionate about
classic car rallying, and races both his 1965
Austin Healey 3000, and his 1968 Mercedes Pagoda.
Barry Weir consistently places in the top five in
almost all of the road rallies he races in. He
does his own car repairs, and teaches auto
mechanics how to prepare and build rally cars.
