  being that it is easy for Nintendo to patch. 3DS

  updated with newly obtained information, which
  includes a list of working and failed attempts at
  exploiting the 3DS. This list further includes
  attempts at trying to crash the 3DS using the
  eShop games Pushmo/Pyramid by creating custom QR
  codes, and exploiting the 3DS through its

  entry after installing the update. We believe
  these are either related to file fragmentation of
  the 3DS SD card or some users trimming the titles
  to fit on the red card microSD. Please make sure
  to try a brand new SD card for the 3DS as well as
  microSD for the Gateway card together using a
  known good un-modified title, where possible.
