Mars Cowley
Since first being established in Leeds in 2000
Red Planet Marketing has expanded its
Organisation of offices across the UK, Ireland
and Holland. Our clients are a variety of well
known blue chip multinational companies for whom
we provide a range of uniquely cost effective
sales and marketing services. At Red Planet
Marketing we feel we have a brilliant company
culture. Our team is highly motivated and are
very enthusiastic and goal orientated. Our
companys philosophy is to tackle challenges head
on, show passion toward self improvement and to
put our people first when it comes to our
expansion strategy.

Chris Thompson
After taking 11 months to complete the 5 stage
development program i was Promoted to
owner/partner in Red Planet Marketing, where I
have been given the opportunity to achieve not
only financial but expansion goals with the
support of my promoting owner and
organisation. 2012 has so far been a fantastic
year as we have grown In size by 100 within 6
months. Within the next 12 months we are looking
to expand within our current client to 3 cities
and get involved with the sports division. 2013
will be a fantastic and very exciting year as a
organisation.

Paul Jones
I started in Red Planet Marketing in 2007 in the
Liverpool office, my previous experience was only
really working in bars and restaurants and
getting frustrated with the lack of opportunity
and progression. It did not take me very long to
realise that my hard work and ambition would
dictate my progression and promotion. By working
through the business development program being
coached and guided through each stage of the
program by mentors, I then had the opportunity to
move citys, working with other experienced
people in the business.

Alex Pinker
I started with the company in Mars' office,
London, in May 2002 and twelve months later I was
promoted to ownership. I moved up to Liverpool to
build a strong team around me and further expand
into the UK and Europe. I now have an office open
and trading in Middlesbrough. This year I plan to
expand into Leeds and Chester as well as
expanding within Liverpool.   My tip for success
is always looking to create action, raise the
tempo in everything you do.

Andrew Fairclough
Before applying for the Sales Assistant role I
worked in construction and realised there was no
room for me to grow and progress. In 2010 I had
my first interview with this company and it all
seemed too good to be true. Come in every day,
make sales, build a team and open up my very own
office. However, three years down the line I have
successfully built my team and have opened up my
own office in Middlesbrough. I look to further
expand in my location and open up more offices
within the UK.
