Extant MLC provides medical legal expert opinions
to attorneys. We review medical records, prepare
a report on causation and standard of care, and
are available for depositions and trial testimony.

The Standard of Care can be defined is the level
and type of care that a reasonably competent and
skilled health care professional, with a similar
background and in the same medical community,
would have provided under the circumstances that
led to the alleged malpractice.  Extant MLC can
assist by reviewing medical records, expert
reports, interviewing the family and
patients  involved, and preparing a report on
whether SOC were met.

Dr. Donald Marks, thru the company Extant MLC,
provides expert opinions on causation of
medication and vaccine adverse events, and
Standard of Care for both defense and plaintiff
attorneys .  He reviews medical records, prepares
causation reports and is available for
depositions and trial testimony. Dr. Marks  is a
practicing physician, licensed in 4 states, and
the former Associate Director and Director of
Clinical Research for two  international  pharmace
utical companies.  He is published in leading
peer-reviewed medical journals and holds 5 US
patents.
