  working properly.

  to fill in all the paperwork for the insurance
  company. At least there was no one getting
  hurt, we thought at the time and tried to remain
  positive.

  wrong no one got hurt physically but it did cost
  us a couple grand (the book value is simply not
  the same before and after the accident) even
  though we did nothing wrong!
