When it comes to sports, David Lorea Morton
Farrington certainly puts the fan in fanatic.
David has always loved sports since he was a
child, something that was instilled and
encouraged by his father. David says that what he
remembers most fondly of his childhood was
playing organized sports such as little league
baseball and football. David says that sports are
the spirit of friendly competition, and that
competition is the heart of capitalism, and good
for growth and development.

David Lorea Morton Farrington had spent most of
his time as a child on a farm in North Carolina.
It was there, David says, that he was instilled
with all the values of the rural life. David says
that his time on his father's dairy farm taught
him that patience is indeed a virtue, and that
slow and steady always wins the race.

When David Lorea Morton Farrington left his home
in North Carolina, he knew he wanted to pursue a
degree in medicine. What David didn't know
however, was where that path would lead him. From
a young age, David was always very nutruring, and
loved to take care of things. That coupled with a
gifted mind and a knack for science, made it easy
for him to take that first leap into the medical
profession after graduating from Stanford
University.

Environment
David Lorea Morton Farrington prefers a small
town existance, because he says it offers a
different sense of community than what's found
within a city. He feels that when you live in a
small town you always see familiar faces and get
to know people by their first names. A walk
around the neighborhood is calm and relaxing,
rather than squeezed between traffic jams and
dinner.
