good support from him. A property manager has a
lot of jobs to do and he should make sure that
his clients are satisfied with his work. Every
person has own unique needs, and a property
manager should have qualities to serve all these
different needs.

Rents stay unchanged.
If your property rent has been unchanged in
quite some time, two things could be the reason.
The most common reason is that the whole market
area could simply be in trouble. Another
possibility of experiencing stagnant rents is bad
property management. One of the most important
jobs of a property manager is to negotiate rent.
A good property manager will be frequently
working in a group of bounds and should know the
market rent back to front. A bad property manager
will insist on lower rents.

Disputes between the tenants and landlord gets
ugly.
An excellent property manager should have a
good relationship with the tenant and the
landlord too. One of the most vital feature of a
manager is to make sure that their transactions
are relationship based. Problems that occur with
tenants can thus often be the responsibility of a
property manager failing to communicate properly
with the tenant.

A property manager should have support from
a network of other property management
professionals. If he lacks this, he may not be
able to able to support his clients when they are
in trouble.

Just as a needlessly huge repair bill can
indicate an awful property manager, the opposite
is true also. A generally unskilled or lazy
property manager will not commence any regular
examination of the property, allowing possible
problems to get worse and tenant damage to
continue.
