    insurance issues. Mr. Adler has more than 42

  • Mr. Adler is a consulting expert
    on work force, employment practices, and
    unemployment insurance issues to Bloomberg BNA,

    Commission (EEOC), the National Conference of
    State Legislatures, the National Association of
