How to Calculate BAI?
BAI can be calculated using hip circumference,
person height. Formula (Circumference of
hip(cm) / (height in meters)1.5) - 18

  • If BAI is less than 8, you are underweight.
  • If BAI is from 8 to 21, you are healthy.
  • If BAI is from 21 to 26, you are overweight.
